nic is a creative and is inspired by the outdoors and different adventures to be found there. in his 7 years of industry experience, he has developed and refined skills that help him tell stories across a variety of mediums, primarily focusing on visual storytelling through filmmaking.

growing up on a grain farm in the canadian prairies, nic learned the importance of work ethic, while being very connected to the outdoors and the land his family worked. this passion for the outdoors was fully realized after spending sometime on the west coast through bible school and two seasons of tree planting. in the winter of 2017, nic made the move out to chilliwack, british columbia where he still currently lives along with his wife hannah.

since his move west, nic has honed his technical skills with a camera as well as his storytelling ability to create impactful, visual work across multiple industries. from trekking to far gone places to document hunting trips, flying through the mountains on aviation shoots, to getting his boots muddy on construction site and reconnecting with his upbringing filming agriculture, nic has combined his passion for filmmaking with environments and industries that challenge him.
